Refund policy

At Delightly, we aim to provide products that improve your everyday life. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must not be damaged due to misuse

  • All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (such as personal care items).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (unless received defective)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal hygiene products once opened

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method

  • For COD orders, bank details may be requested for refund processing

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

In cases of defective or wrong products, Delightly will cover return shipping.

For other returns, shipping costs may need to be borne by the customer.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
